YOGA FOR KIDS

By practicing yoga poses, children can learn how to exercise, develop confidence, and concentrate better.  Classes are designed based on the interests, energies and developmental stages of children. I recognize that all children are unique and sometimes develop at their own pace. We are always open to working with you to create a yoga program for your child’s individual needs.  These are the classes for the age groups that we have combined, based on our expertise with yoga and children.
