This workshop is perfect for someone who wants to tone and build core strength. By learning and applying principles of core strength and stability to a yoga practice, common injuries can not only be avoided but the stage is set for deepening yoga postures from a place of strength and balance. This workshop is designed to enhance your yoga practice and simply allow you to move through your day-to-day life with more ease.
