We don’t always allow time in the day for ourselves.  So please enjoy 20 minutes of yoga to de-stress your life.  This video can be done anywhere and anytime you need to let go and relax.  

  • When practiced properly, yoga is steady and comfortable. Never strain or endure pain or discomfort in a yoga posture, if it hurts it's NOT yoga! Be assured, you gain much more benefit from relaxing in your yoga class than straining & grasping.
  • Practice with an empty stomach.
  • You may want  a yoga mat and a pillow/bolster/blanket available for this practice.
