I teach yoga classes with the Iyengar method. I find this method easy to learn, follow, and make accessible for people with all levels of strength and flexibility. Yoga is for everyone. What I enjoy about teaching is helping people individually. No body is the same, so no yoga pose will look the same. You don’t have to have a “perfect” pose to achieve the effects that yoga can bring. To me, it’s all about creating awareness in your Self. Learning where your strengths and weaknesses are, working to improve them, and recognizing those improvements when they come. It isn’t always a fast process, but the reward is always worth your time and effort.
