When it comes to being at our best, keeping a healthy diet is crucial.  Eat foods that will keep you going STRONG.  Many of you have already tried (and LOVE) the Chia Pudding recipe and requested the Raw Almond Milk recipe you can use to make it.  So, I share with you this quick and easy Raw Almond Milk recipe that works well with the previous Chia Pudding recipe.  I use this milk for smoothies, chia pudding and a tasty beverage.  ENJOY!!
